Is this product for small or large businesses?
Both. If you are a small business that does not have an IT department or a Graphics department, we can be hired to both install and design your website. Once we have created your site we can train you on how to use the Administration site to keep your site updated, including how to add new pages, edit existing pages, etc.

Do we have to have our own servers to host CF_ContentManager?
No. You can host CF_ContentManager at any hosting company that hosts Macromedia ColdFusion Applications. In addition, we can host your website for you for $50.00 per month.

How much will the system cost?
All the various pricing options are located on our Purchase Info page. If you have an IT department and a Graphics department, then all you will probably need to do is purchase the actual software. Otherwise, you will probably need to hire us to install the software and create your graphical interface for you. Prices for these services can be found on our Purchase Info page.

Do you have a money back gaurantee or installation support?
We include 2 hours of installation support with all packages. You must, however, have some knowledge of ColdFusion to avoid paying our installation fee. FYI, a standard installation should not take more than 30 minutes, if that. We offer a full refund if you/we cannot get CF_ContentManager installed and operating properly within a reasonable time period.

How much can I customize the look and feel of my website?
You can drastically change the look and feel using the Basic and Pro versions of CF_ContentManager, but with CF_ContentManager Enterprise you can change everything as long as you have a firm understanding of ColdFusion and HTML.
